Types of Communication
1. Formal Communication: It is the type of communication which refers to communication that flow the official chain of command. It can be written or oral, downward or upward. Official letter, notice, news, reports, circular are the example of formal communication.2. Informal communication: Another important type of communication is informal communication. It is organizational communication that is not defined by the organizational structural hierarchy. It consist grapevine rumors and non-verbal communication.
3. Interpersonal communication: It is another important type of communication. It is two-way communication system. It consists of oral and written communication.
4. Non-verbal communication: It is also important type of communication. In this communication word is not used to transmit meaning.
