Process of Communication
1. Message: The things, feelings, concept which a giver wants to give as the information are to be determined at first; it is not possible to send information without determination of message.2. Encoding the message: After the determination of message, such message is to be understand the use of symbols.
3. Transmission of message: Act of sending message by the use of telegram, letter, telephone, television etc.
4. Decoding: Act of translating the codes into understandable language is known as decoding.
5. Receiving: Communication becomes successful if receiver receives and understands the message given by the sender. Process of communication will not be completed until and unless receiver understands the message in the same way in which sender sends.
6. Feedback: Due to various reasons communication barriers take place. Thus, to make effective communication feedback is to be collected and communication system is to be improved as per the received feedback.
7. Noise: Barriers or obstacles in communication known as noise. It causes from external environment. Noise brings reduction in effectiveness of communication.
